Registration 5:45– 6:00 p.m.

3 Men and A bike rules

Rules

1. No motorized vehicles

2. No other wheeled vehicles, i.e. roller blades, skate boards, scooters, etc.

3. No interference with other teams

4. Must follow marked course

5. Must pass all officials

6. No towing your team members

7. Ending time is when all three team members and their bike pass the finish line.

8. Can not ride bike on Highland Drive at any time

9. Many strategies were used last year and you may want to consider:

a. All three team members on one bike

b. 2 runners and one bike rider

c. 2 on a bike and one runner

d. Any combination of a, b, and c

10. Prizes for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place

11. Aid Station @ finish line

12. Have fun

Rumor has it that the team to beat is the Ron, Rich, and Eric Team on their stud mobile.
